Training for cargo inspectors

Brussels, 9-11 May 2023 — A Best Practices for Cargo Inspectors training course was organised for aviation security inspectors from Belgium, Finland, Lithuania, Malta and Serbia. The course content had been updated by the ECAC Secretariat earlier in 2023 to comply with the recent regulatory changes in the field of cargo and mail security.

Denmark hosts a best practices for national auditors training course

Copenhagen, 3-5 May 2023 — The Danish Civil Aviation and Railway Authority hosted a Best Practices for National Auditors – Level 2 training course in Copenhagen for national auditors from Austria, Denmark, Lithuania, Montenegro and the Republic of Moldova. An aviation security instructor from the CAA of Portugal (ANAC) also contributed to the course.

Highlights from the fourth meeting of the ECAC Network of Communication Specialists

ECAC contributes to International Labour Organization technical meeting

Geneva/videoconference, 24-28 April 2023 — The International Labour Organization (ILO) held its technical meeting on a green, sustainable and inclusive economic recovery for the civil aviation sector, bringing together representatives from governments, employers and workers. Held every ten years, this meeting is the opportunity to share information and proposals on the work conditions in the air transport sector and the impact of technological development and environmental actions on aviation jobs.
