Guatemala City, 18 August 2025 — ECAC contributed to the I Women’s Summit hosted by the Latin American Civil Aviation Commission (LACAC), joining the panel on “Participation and Leadership” alongside global representation from both national aviation authorities and international organisations.
Representing the ECAC Network on Diversity and Inclusion in Civil Aviation (NETD&I), deputy chair, Alina Arsenii (Republic of Moldova), shared ECAC’s key initiatives, including the DEI Charter, tailored training, and KPI-based monitoring to support its Member States.
The Summit featured interactive working groups and highlighted the value of cross-regional collaboration in advancing gender equality and inclusive leadership in aviation.
