Paris/videoconference, 18 June 2025 — The 65th meeting of the ECAC Common Evaluation Process Management Group took place on 18 June in Paris, hosted by the French Directorate General for Civil Aviation.
A key highlight of the meeting was the first participation of the United States Transportation Security Administration (TSA) as an Associated Authority. The management group welcomed TSA’s involvement, emphasising the value of their expertise and the additional capacity for testing that they will provide to the CEP.
Discussions focused on reviewing outstanding actions from the previous meeting, ongoing and upcoming test activities, and progress on the explosive trace detection testing campaign. Participants heard updates on the work of the Common Testing Methodologies Sub-Group, the CEP frequently asked questions, and implementation of the 2025 work programme.
