Lars Christensen
Policy Coordinator - Environment, safety, legal matters
Lars joined the ECAC Secretariat in September 2024 and currently serves as Policy Coordinator with responsibility for safety, climate change mitigation and adaptation, and legal matters. In this role, he supports the work of the relevant ECAC working groups by preparing meetings and workshops, ensuring the timely delivery of outputs in line with the ECAC work programme, and coordinating with other European institutions and global partners.
Prior to joining ECAC, Lars worked as an advisor at the Norwegian Ministry of Transport, where he covered civil aviation, postal services, and broader transport policy issues. He also has experience as a consultant for both public- and private-sector clients, with a particular focus on projects related to the procurement of transport and mobility services.
