Hanan Achahboun
Facilitation Manager
Having initially joined the Secretariat in June 2022 to manage the CASE II Project, Hanan was appointed as Facilitation Manager as from 1 February 2026. In this role, she implements and further develops ECAC’s facilitation activities across both policy and capacity-building areas. Her responsibilities include supporting the facilitation groups, delivering assistance activities to ECAC Member States, and developing training material. She also coordinates and delivers capacity-building activities tailored to Member States’ needs and priorities in the field of facilitation.
