Biography
Francesca Miceli is head of the Protocol Office at the Italian Civil Aviation Authority (ENAC), with experience in the communication field since November 2005, when she began her professional activity in ENAC and in the aviation sector. In her role, she promotes aviation culture, manages public relations, and acts as a liaison between organisations and citizens.
She is currently chair of the ECAC Network of Communication Specialists (NETCOM) and has developed expertise in web and social media communication, events management at national and international levels, and protocol and institutional representation.
