Montreal, 26 September 2025 — Talks between the ECAC President and Executive Secretary and the Singaporean delegation, led by the Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, Han Kok Juan, highlighted a wide range of issues, including GNSS interference, environmental action and other high-level policy priorities.
Both parties underlined the importance of ICAO as the cornerstone of international civil aviation and reaffirmed their commitment to global and regional cooperation. The discussions reflected the strong partnership between ECAC and Singapore and their shared determination to address current challenges while advancing sustainable progress in international aviation.
