Montreal, 21 September 2025 — The ECAC delegation met with Mohamed bin Faleh Alhajri, in charge of managing the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority (QCAA), and Qatar’s Representative on the ICAO Council, Essa bin Abdulla Al-Malki.
The discussions focused on shared priorities for the 42nd ICAO Assembly, including emerging challenges in global aviation, strategic developments within ICAO, and international priorities on safety, security, and sustainability initiatives. Both parties underlined the value of continued collaboration to address international civil aviation issues effectively. ECAC thanked the Qatar delegation for the constructive dialogue and looks forward to further strengthening this important partnership.
