Videoconference, 29 October 2025 — The ECAC Network on Diversity and Inclusion (NETD&I) convened to take stock of progress in implementing its 2025 work programme, and to plan ahead.
Participants noted key achievements in 2025, including the development of a diversity and inclusion Key Performance Indicator (KPI) model, stronger information sharing between Member States, and closer cooperation with other regional organisations (such as the African Civil Aviation Commission, the Arab Civil Aviation Organization and the Latin American Civil Aviation Commission) and international partners.
Discussions also covered the implementation of the ECAC Diversity and Inclusion Charter, preparations for the next Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Workshop (to be held online in early 2026), and ideas for future training activities.
The members endorsed the 2026 work programme for presentation to Directors General in December.
