U-space applications
Among the most anticipated applications for the use of U-space is Urban Air Mobility (UAM), one of the solutions to address the mobility and pollution problems facing large cities.
Urban Air Mobility will use electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft (called eVTOLs) to transport people (air cabs, sightseeing tours, emergency transport, etc.) as well as smaller drones to deliver parcels or transport medical equipment in urban environments, among others.
