Øyvind Ek - Norway
Biography
Øyvind Ek has a law degree from the University of Oslo and a degree in administration from the College of Business and Economics of Oslo. He also completed the Senior Executive Course from the Norwegian Defence University College. His work experience consists of more than 29 years in public administration, of which 27 in management positions. Since 2006, Øyvind has been deputy director general at the Norwegian Ministry of Transport, today in charge of regulatory and international affairs in the civil aviation and postal services domains. He is chief air negotiator for Norway and represents Norway in the ECAC DGCA meetings.
