Biography
Hedwig Sietsma is currently leading the sustainability team at KLM. In her former role in climate policy, she has effectively engaged with international stakeholders and reshaped KLM's climate strategy, adopting science-based targets. Hedwig is an MSc in Business Administration and worked in Myanmar in the NGO sector after her studies. She has been with KLM for more than seven7 years in various roles. Her current position is one that combines her personal values with her work-related ambitions: to drive meaningful change in the airline industry.
