Biography
With over 20 years’ experience in the airport sector, adaptation, transformation and passion are the key words in my daily work.
I have the opportunity to work for Aena, the world’s leading airport management company. Aena operates 46 airports in Spain, 1 airport in London and 23 airports in Brazil, Mexico, Jamaica and Colombia. Last year, more than 243 million passengers passed through our airports in Spain.
Currently, as director of security and services in Aena, I am facing major challenges related to the services provided in our airports. Regulatory changes, digitalisation, sustainability, the passenger experience, innovation and optimisation are some of our main pillars in different areas such as security, border controls, air navigation, ground handling, persons with reduced mobility and cleaning services.
