Biography
Juliana Ghasemipour-Yazdi is a business lawyer and currently the Process Provider and Business Mediator at the Dialogue Forum Association Vienna Airport.
The association provides suitable communication processes in issues and conflicts that are relevant to air traffic, the activities of Vienna Airport and the surrounding area so that all interests can be voluntarily taken into account and solutions can be found in a participative, transparent, cooperative and fair manner.
In the past 12 years, Juliana has served as mediator in numerous litigated cases with large groups including citizen initiatives, local representatives, economy and politicians.
She works and has worked as a business lawyer, decision coach and communication consultant. Juliana was co-initiator of court mediation projects and supported the institutionalisation of alternative dispute resolutions in Austria. Prior to dedicating her professional life to ADR she was a co-owner and COO of a communication and PR agency in Vienna.
Juliana holds a Master of Law and a Master of Economics, business mediation certificates and also lectures on mediation and conflict management in Austria.
