Biography
Zdeněk Jelínek graduated from the Faculty of Transportation Sciences, Department of Air Transport Management at the Czech Technical University in Prague in 2001. Since 2000, he has worked at the Civil Aviation Department of the Ministry of Transport, first in the Air Transport Division, focusing on the international agenda and negotiation of air transport agreements, and later as the deputy director and head of the Air Operations, Technology and Development Division dealing with issues of transport and economic agendas, transport policy, the Single European Sky and cooperation with the European Union. Since January 2017, he has served as Director of the Civil Aviation Department.
